Responsibilities and Qualifications:

- Must be a member in good standing of the West Virginia State Bar.
- 6+ years of experience in mortgage servicing, collections, loss mitigation, and/or creditors' rights practice.
- Working knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, such as Title & Lien Priority, TILA, RESPA, and FDCPA.
- Utilize the firm's case management software to effectively manage assigned matters.
- Court appearances and travel may be required.
- Strong commitment to client care and proactive communication.
- Self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
