The Compliance Manager at Elevance Health is a full-time role with a salary range of $89,460 to $127,800, depending on location and experience. This role requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in health care, regulatory, ethics, compliance, or privacy. The primary duties of this position include managing projects, initiatives, audits, and risk assessments, as well as maintaining knowledge of laws and regulations. The Compliance Manager will also conduct investigations and interface with external clients, regulators, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee projects, initiatives, audits, and risk assessments.
- Maintain knowledge of laws and regulations and consult with clients as a subject matter expert.
- Conduct complex investigations and document findings.
- Interface with external clients, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
- Establish project plans and leadership updates.
- Conduct mock audits and audit training.
- Assess audit preparedness and manage audit evidence preparation.
- Conduct gap analysis and milestone dates.
- Manage regulatory change management.
- Conduct legal research and analysis of federal and state laws.
- Familiarity with laws governing health care and insurance industry.
- Strong writing skills.
- MS/MBA/JD or professional designation preferred.

Salary Information:

- Salary range: $89,460 to $127,800
- Salary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level.

Experience Requirements:

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in health care, regulatory, ethics, compliance, or privacy.
- BA/BS required.
- MS/MBA/JD or professional designation preferred.

Location Information:

- This is a hybrid workplace model with both virtual and in-office work.
- Remote work and 1-2 days in office per week.
- Locations: California; Colorado; Hawaii; Nevada; New York; Washington State; Jersey City, NJ.
