They are currently seeking an experienced associate attorney with a background in commercial real estate transaction and/or commercial litigation. The ideal candidate should have 4-7 years of experience and will work closely with the Firm’s partners in representing banks and other non-bank lenders and title insurance companies in various real estate-related legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:
- Represent banks and other non-bank lenders in foreclosure, collection, and creditor representation in Bankruptcy proceedings
- Work closely with the Firm’s partners in real estate-related litigation matters
- Participate in closings and have familiarity with purchase and sale agreements, bank documentation, and commercial leases
- Provide excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Qualifications:
- 4-7 years of experience in commercial real estate transaction and/or commercial litigation
- Admission to the Connecticut Bar (or willingness to become admitted)
- Strong academic credentials, including a law school transcript
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to work closely with partners

Salary:
- Commensurate with experience (4-7 years)
