Job Description:

• Work with a team of experienced litigators to provide legal services to clients of the law firm
• Participate in case strategy and development
• Interact with and develop firm clients
• Provide legal advice and counsel

Qualifications:

• JD or higher in Law
• At least 3-5 years of workers' compensation experience, with defense experience preferred
• Active members in good standing of the New Jersey and New York bars

Salary Range:

Salary Range: 120k- 140k depending on experience (plus benefits).
