Associate Attorney
The candidate will provide an attorney the opportunity to work closely with the valued clients under the leadership and guidance of the experienced Associates and Partners. Handle various aspects of the case including pleadings, discovery, depositions, court hearings, and motion practice in a variety of complex, high?exposure cases. Represent the firm and the clients in court and at depositions and evaluating findings and develop strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases. Juris Doctor (.) degree is required. Should have 2-4 years of litigation experience, trial experience is a plus. . Jurisdiction in Illinois (for the Chicago office) or California (for the San Francisco office) is required. In good standing in Illinois and/or California is required.
