The law firm, Goldberg Segalla LLP, is seeking a highly qualified attorney to join their Toxic Tort practice group in Philadelphia.

The ideal candidate for this position will have 2+ years of experience in taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for mediations and trial. They should also have prior experience in a Toxic Tort practice and be admitted in New Jersey.

Responsibilities:
- Take and defend depositions
- Draft and argue dispositive motions
- Prepare for mediations and trial
- Engage in various stages of the litigation process
- Work with key client teams
- Deliver results for clients and the firm

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in toxic tort practice
- Prior experience in a Toxic Tort practice
- Admission in New Jersey required
