BakerHostetler Law Firm is seeking a talented and experienced attorney to join our premier and globally recognized Digital Assets and Data Management Practice Group. As a member of our Privacy and Digital Risk Class Action and Litigation Team, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the largest and well-known companies in a variety of industries.

Responsibilities:
• Handle all aspects of privacy- and data security-related litigation, primarily class actions following a data security incident
• Develop and implement defense strategies, including Article III and Rule 12(b)(6) dismissal strategies
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, both in writing and orally
• Manage a complex workload and anticipate potential issues

Qualifications:
• 3-6 years' experience in litigation, with a demonstrated interest in privacy-related litigation and class action defense
• Experience in privacy litigation and/or class action litigation
• Knowledge of state and federal laws related to privacy and data security (BIPA, FCRA, FACTA, etc.)
• Experience with AmLaw 100 firms preferred
• Strong academic record, with a . from a nationally recognized and accredited law school
• Admission to practice in the state where the candidate will reside, or ability to waive in
