Key responsibilities for this role include:

Providing employment law advice and counsel on global human resources programs and business initiatives, such as performance management, diversity and inclusion, employee relations, and talent management
Collaborating with global employment law team members and cross-functional partners to identify, assess and mitigate legal risks related to employment programs and initiatives
Developing and delivering training to HR professionals and business leaders on employment law topics
Conducting research and analysis on global employment law issues and staying current on legal developments and trends
Supporting employment litigation and investigations, including managing outside counsel and working with internal stakeholders to gather relevant information and documents



Key competencies for this role include:

Strong knowledge and understanding of global employment laws and regulations
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
