  • Collaborate with colleagues and support staff within the department.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • 5-7 years of law firm experience, with a focus on ERISA employee benefits.
  • Strong knowledge of qualified and non-qualified retirement plan design and compliance.
  • Experience in ESOP transactions and sponsor/fiduciary risk management.
  • Proficiency in benefit plan documentation and executive compensation.
  • Familiarity with health and welfare benefit plans.
