Friedman Vartolo LLP, a rapidly growing real estate and default services law firm in New York, is seeking an experienced Evictions Attorney to join their team. The firm prides itself on not only its superior legal product, but also its innovative approach to business and problem solving. As an Evictions Attorney, you will be responsible for handling litigated matters, including drafting legal documents, conducting research, attending hearings and trials, and communicating with clients and adversaries. You will also be responsible for overseeing support staff and maintaining responsibility for all aspects of contested cases. This role requires a strong knowledge of post-foreclosure evictions and at least 5 years of experience in Landlord/Tenant law. A Juris Doctorate (.) degree and admission to the New York state bar are also required.
