Law Firm is seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of experience in business litigation in State and/or Federal Courts. The ideal candidate will also have experience in Securities Arbitration, including regulatory inquiries and investigations. The position requires excellent writing and research skills, as well as experience in oral argument and deposition work. The successful candidate should be a self-starter and able to handle their own caseload.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Mid-Level Litigation Associate at Law Firm
- 3-5 years of experience in business litigation in State and/or Federal Courts
- Experience in Securities Arbitration, including regulatory inquiries and investigations
- Strong writing and research skills required
- Experience in oral argument and deposition work preferred
- Must be a self-starter and able to handle own caseload

Experience Information:

- 3-5 years of experience in business litigation

- First or second chair experience in depositions preferred

Responsibilities:

- Represent clients in business litigation cases in State and/or Federal Courts
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Participate in oral arguments and depositions
- Handle own caseload and meet deadlines
- Communicate with clients, colleagues, and courts effectively
- Provide effective and efficient legal counsel to clients

Qualifications:

- degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing
- 3-5 years of experience in business litigation
- Experience in Securities Arbitration a plus
- Strong writing and research skills
- Experience in oral argument and deposition work preferred
- Self-starter with the ability to handle own caseload
