Pfizer’s Legal Division has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, experienced attorney to join its team as Corporate Counsel, Pricing and Access. In this role, the selected candidate will provide strategic legal advice and support to Pfizer’s US Marketing Access (“USMA”) and vaccines teams regarding contracting, payer interactions, and cross-functional collaboration in the context of applicable legal and regulatory frameworks.

This position requires an individual with extensive experience in pharmaceutical healthcare regulations, including the anti-kickback statute and regulations, contract drafting and negotiation, and experience in fraud and abuse, regulatory law, and commercial/medical-related matters. The candidate must also possess strong leadership skills, the ability to cultivate strong client relationships, and the ability to influence leadership in a fast-paced, innovative business climate.

Responsibilities for this role include analyzing, drafting, and negotiating a variety of payer and purchaser agreements, as well as counseling and reviewing commercial tactics and materials. The selected candidate will also be responsible for creating and implementing training materials for vaccines account management and sales roles, reviewing pricing and access materials, and counseling on digital platforms related to pricing and access.

This role requires strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, as well as sound judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. The candidate must also possess an understanding of healthcare-related laws and regulations, industry standards, and the ability to identify and analyze potential legal issues and provide thoughtful and creative business-focused legal advice and solutions.

The selected candidate will work closely with Pfizer Compliance colleagues, senior leaders, and external parties such as outside counsel and third-party vendors. They will also have the opportunity to build networks throughout the Pfizer Legal Division and the company and collaborate with attorneys and other colleagues providing platform services.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $173, to $288,, with the potential for additional bonuses and participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan and share-based long-term incentive program.
