Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations
Maintain professional relationships with bankruptcy trustees, judges, and court personnel
Stay updated on bankruptcy laws, codes, and legal procedures
Ability to conduct legal research and draft well-structured legal documents
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Commitment to client advocacy and financial relief solutions
Must be admitted to practice law in the state of Missouri
Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in Missouri
Proficiency with legal research tools and case management software
Strong written and verbal communication skills
