H2: Job Duties

- Working up cases from pre-litigation to post-trial motions
- Communicating regularly with clients and obtaining necessary documents
- Court filings, document management and review, discovery, and deposition tasks
- Assisting in deadline management
- Managing electronic information and document review
- Assisting attorneys in developing case facts and strategies
- Creating privilege logs and preparing trial exhibits
- Assisting at hearings and trials

H2: Qualifications and Requirements

- Paralegal certificate required
- 10+ years of experience in complex litigation
- Experience with preparing cases for trial and assisting throughout trial
- 4-year undergraduate science degree preferred
- Familiarity with working up cases from pre-litigation to post-trial motions
- Proficiency in Adobe, Excel, Microsoft Office, and various law programs
- Detail-oriented, organized, team player, and capable of multitasking and managing time-critical projects
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience with case management software programs a plus
