Job Title: Mid-Level Associate – Litigation Group Salary: $170,000 – $215,000 (base salary) + generous bonus package Experience: 4-6 years of commercial litigation experience Location: Law Firm Job Description: As a mid-level Associate in our Litigation Group, you will be responsible for handling a variety of commercial litigation cases. Some of the key responsibilities include: - Utilizing your 4-6 years of commercial litigation experience to handle cases as the lead attorney. - Demonstrating your expertise in real estate litigation (a plus). - Drafting a wide variety of motions and discovery and handling related hearings without immediate supervision. - Showcasing your leadership skills by effectively managing cases and developing strong client relationships. - Utilizing your good time management skills and strong work ethic to handle a 1600 (billable) hour commitment annually. - Utilizing your excellent academic credentials to provide top-notch legal services. - Being admitted to the California Bar. Salary Information: We understand the value of our employees and their hard work, which is why we offer a competitive salary for this position. The base compensation for this role will range from $170,000 – $215,000, and we also offer a very generous bonus package.
