Duties

• Represent clients in civil litigation cases, including employment disputes, insurance claims, and personal injury matters.
• Handle all aspects of litigation, including case preparation, drafting legal documents, managing discovery, and conducting depositions.
• Provide legal counsel to clients, offering strategic advice and representation throughout the litigation process.
• Collaborate with colleagues on case strategies and legal research.
• Attend court hearings, trials, and settlement negotiations.
• Maintain an organized caseload and ensure timely progression of cases.
• Stay updated on legal developments within relevant practice areas.

Requirements

• 2 years of litigation experience, preferably in civil or general litigation.
• Ability to handle a wide range of cases, including personal injury, insurance, and employment law matters.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent research and analytical abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the California State Bar.

Skills

• Proficient in legal writing and drafting.
• Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and client communication skills.
