Denver office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a family law attorney with 1 year of experience successfully helping clients achieve their desires in their family law matters. The candidate will conduct client meetings. Will devise and implement strategies to reach the client?s goals and manage client expectations. Provide high-level production support on a range of domestic relations and/or family law cases. Engage in full-service family law representation, including representing pre and post-decree matters, child custody, and modification of parenting plans. Independently maintain an average caseload of twenty-twenty-five cases. Directly supervise the quality of work performed by paralegals. Delegate work as appropriate while balancing client expenses, support staff ability, and case needs. Conduct discovery, provide high-level legal research support when needed, draft and review complex pleadings and motions, and conduct pretrial hearings and conferences, motion hearings, mediation, and family law trials. Experience in Colorado family law is strongly preferred. Must have extensive knowledge of, and experience, with complex, high-asset cases.
