Job Title:
Commercial Litigation Attorney

Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial litigation, intellectual property, professional liability, and/or employment law.

Responsibilities:

- Practice commercial litigation, intellectual property, professional liability, and employment law
- Take and defend depositions
- Draft and argue dispositive motions
- Attend hearings, mediations, and trials
- Perform legal research and provide analysis of case law
- Prepare pleadings and correspondence
- Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel
- Provide exemplary legal counsel to clients

Qualifications:

- Must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial litigation, intellectual property, professional liability, and/or employment law
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
