We are looking for candidates with in transactional work, with a strong interest in or experience with merger reviews. FTC/DOJ experience is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:
- As an Antitrust/Competition Associate, you will work on a variety of transactional matters, with a focus on merger reviews.
- You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and industries, providing a challenging and dynamic work environment.
- Your responsibilities may also include providing guidance and support to junior attorneys and assisting with business development initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:
- . from an accredited law school and admission to the bar in the state of California.
