Leason Ellis LLP is seeking a full-time senior-level associate to join our talented
team of intellectual property professionals.
Leason Ellis is an established IP boutique law firm headquartered in White Plains,
New York. We launched in 2008, and now house over 30 patent, trademark, and
copyright attorneys under our roof. We are one of only four firms listed in the IAM
Patent 1000 New York section recommended on each of the prosecution, litigation
and transactions tables.
Qualifications
You are an outstanding senior-level attorney with about six to nine plus years of
experience handling contentious work under your belt. You understand the ins-
and-outs of federal court litigation and have a demonstrable interest in intellectual
property law. Your litigation experience to date includes drafting pleadings,
engaging in motion practice, handling discovery matters, and possibly spending
some time in a courtroom. You possess writing skills that impress, a reasonable
degree of confidence, plenty of self-motivation, and a desire to grow your career
alongside a team of like-minded, collegial peers. Clerkships are a plus, as is
experience with trademark and/or patent prosecution.
