### Requirements and Qualifications
The ideal candidate(s) should have experience in or have a strong interest in bankruptcy, insolvency, and/or financial restructuring. Candidates must have strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school and must be admitted to the State Bar of Nevada or willing to sit for the next exam. The candidate must also have excellent references and communication, analytical, technical and writing skills.
