Law Firm Seeking Experienced Litigation Attorney

- We are seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join our team.

Responsibilities

- Handle and manage cases from initial sign up to trial.
- Work on prelitigation cases, negotiating settlements.
- Handle all aspects of litigation, including filing lawsuits, discovery, depositions, and trials.
- Communicate regularly with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers.
- Lead a litigation team of 5+ people and a prelitigation team of 2-3.

Desired Skills & Experience

- Proven experience litigating cases from start to finish.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Experience supervising and managing other team members.
- Admission to Texas federal courts.
- 5-10 years of experience.
- Experience with prelitigation case management and negotiation.
- Experience with commercial motor vehicle cases.
- Willingness to expand trial skills and knowledge.
- Willingness to obtain board certification in truck accident law.
- Ability to work independently and be accountable.

Job Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years of personal injury litigation experience.
- Trial experience preferred.
- Experience with commercial cases is a plus.
- Experience with trucking and commercial motor vehicle cases is a plus.

Education Requirements

- Graduate of an ABA-accredited law school.
- Current member of the Texas Bar in good standing.
