Duties & Responsibilities:

- Represent clients in commercial and professional liability litigation.
- Analyze insurance policies and draft coverage opinions, reservations, and disclaimers.
- Handle insurance coverage litigation cases.

Qualifications:

- Experience or interest in insurance coverage, cybersecurity, defense litigation, or commercial litigation is a plus.
- Superior academic credentials from a top-tier accredited law school.
- Must be a member in good standing of the Illinois bar, Indiana bar membership is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent legal research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
- Quick problem-solving skills.
