Carlton Fields is searching for an experienced Business Litigation Associate to join our Miami office. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and qualified attorney to join a global law firm and work on a wide range of business litigation matters.

##### Qualifications

* 4-6 years of experience in business litigation
* Excellent academic credentials and writing skills are required
* Law Review or Clerkship experience is a plus
*
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Court experience including handling hearings and depositions on own
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team, while being able to work individually, on client matters

##### Salary

This position offers a competitive salary range of $181,000 - $195,000.
