- Immediate opening for a junior to mid-level associate in Bracewell's Financial Restructuring Group
- Represent both creditors and debtors in complex Chapter 11 proceedings and out-of-court restructurings
- Experience in purchasing distressed assets and securities
- Involvement in bankruptcy litigation and transactional/restructuring work
- Preference for candidates with bankruptcy court clerkship
- Work with a team of associates and partners in multiple locations
- 1-3 years of law firm experience with bankruptcy matters required
- Must be eligible to practice in New York or Texas

Salary Information:
- Base salary range in NYC for this role is $215,000 - $295,000
- Specific compensation offered will depend on experience and qualifications
