Duties:

• Independently manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial and/or civil litigation
• Professional liability litigation experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong academic credentials and legal background

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
• Participation in Law Review, Law Journal, or Moot Court is strongly preferred

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of California
