Law Firm is seeking a highly motivated and qualified Patent Attorney (Medtech) to join its busy life science patent counseling, prosecution, and litigation practice. This Associate position is for 2nd-4th year attorneys and is located in Palo Alto.

## Job Summary

The Associate will be responsible for conducting prior art database searches for patentability and freedom to operate analyses; preparing and prosecuting patent applications; patent prosecution counseling; due diligence support; and litigation support.

## Salary and Benefits

The expected annual pay range for this position is $215,000 - $370,000. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
