This Associate position is for 2nd-4th year attorneys and is located in Palo Alto. ## Job Summary The Associate will be responsible for conducting prior art database searches for patentability and freedom to operate analyses; preparing and prosecuting patent applications; patent prosecution counseling; due diligence support; and litigation support. ## Job Requirements - 2-4 years of substantive patent prosecution experience - Undergraduate or graduate degree in mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering, chemical engineering, or bioelectrical engineering - USPTO registration - Superb technical, written and verbal communication skills in English - Initiative, be a fast learner, and work well with others ## Salary and Benefits The expected annual pay range for this position is $215,000 - $370,000. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
