- Multidisciplinary group with professionals experienced in business, regulatory law, and litigation related to intellectual property rights
- Patent prosecution team helps secure global patent rights and provides strategic counseling for enforcing and monetizing IP assets
- Industry and business expertise inform management of clients' patent assets to achieve business objectives

Unique Opportunity: Role Overview:
- Full-time legal support for global technology business of major firm client
- Functioning like in-house lawyer with benefits, flexibility, and autonomy of private practice

Skills Needed to Be Effective in This Role:
- 5+ years of experience with complex high technology and IP related transactions, licensing agreements, M&A, and commercial agreements
- BS or MS degrees in electrical engineering or computer science preferred
- Experience with privacy and data protection preferred
- Uncompromising commitment to professional ethics, client service, and team success
- Strong communication, writing, and negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Self-starter with a commitment to excellence and desire to invest in career
- Detail-oriented with ability to produce client-ready documents
- JD from accredited law school and membership in good standing in AK, CA, DC, ID, MN, OR, UT, or WA bar required
