AIG is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to join their team in New York or Jersey City. This role will be responsible for leading negotiations for assigned categories and suppliers, aligning contracting strategy with business objectives, and ensuring compliance with AIG's contracting processes and standards. The Senior Contracts Manager will also work closely with legal teams to provide feedback and revisions to draft template agreements, and support the creation and delivery of training for sourcing managers on contract negotiation strategy and policy. The ideal candidate for this role will have a bachelor's degree in a related field with at least 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a Fortune 100 company. They should have a deep knowledge of best-in-class sourcing and contracting processes, as well as experience working with complex contracts for categories such as licensing, cloud services, professional services, and more. Strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to navigate through complex environments are also essential for this role.
