Greenspoon Marder is currently seeking an experienced Bankruptcy Associate to join their Los Angeles Downtown office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of bankruptcy experience and be admitted to practice in the state of California. The Bankruptcy Associate will be required to appear in court on the state level.

## Job Description

The Bankruptcy Associate will be responsible for:

* Representing clients in bankruptcy proceedings
* Appearing in court at the state level
* Drafting motions, pleadings, and other documents related to bankruptcy proceedings
* Analyzing bankruptcy filings and other documents
* Assisting with the preparation of bankruptcy plans
* Negotiating with creditors and other parties
* Advising clients on bankruptcy-related matters

## Qualifications

* Admitted to practice in the state of California
* Minimum of 3 years of bankruptcy experience
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

## Salary

Salary for this position is commensurate with experience.
