Troutman Pepper Law Firm is seeking an experienced California barred Attorney to join their Consumer Financial Services practice group. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of state and federal court litigation experience with excellent academic and professional credentials, superior research and writing ability, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills. Clerkship experience is preferred.

The successful candidate must be located in a state where Troutman Pepper has an office, be admitted and actively barred in the state in which they live and also be actively barred in California. The salary range for this position is $155,000 - $330,000, dependent on years of experience and geographic location.

The Consumer Financial Services practice, a subgroup within Troutman Pepper Law Firm, focuses on complex litigation, business disputes, and health care litigation, including ERISA, out-of-network issues, and consumer litigation.
