Are you an experienced Trusts & Estates Associate with 4+ years of estate planning, probate, and trust administration experience? UB Greensfelder, a full-service, super-regional law firm, is looking for a skilled candidate to join our growing Trusts & Estates practice group in St. Louis.

Responsibilities of the Trusts & Estates Associate:

- Counsel families and individuals on estate administration and disposition
- Handle basic and sophisticated lifetime, estate, and charitable planning
- Manage probate administration, including opening/closing estates, preparing accountings, and handling asset transfers
- Coordinate with clients' financial advisors on beneficiary designation forms
- Experience with trust administration
- Prepare tax returns, including gift tax and estate tax returns (preferred)
- Conduct research and analysis on complex state and federal tax law issues
- Communicate effectively, both written and verbal
- Pay close attention to detail and meet deadlines consistently
