Requirements and Preferences:

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- CPA or member of the Bar
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax-related intricacies of partnership structures and related transactions
- Understanding of US Tax Code sections and associated regulations, such as 704(b), 704(c), 707, 751, 734, 743(b)

Additional Educational Requirements:

Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in roles involving tax-related intricacies of partnership structures and related transactions

- Familiarity with marketing and business development efforts
- Ability to interpret, prepare, and process information to calculate partnership allocations, review and reconcile outcomes, and manage tax returns
