  • Collaborate with clients ranging from industry leaders to early-stage start-ups, providing legal counsel and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Stay abreast of emerging legal trends and developments in technology-related fields to provide proactive advice and counsel.
  • Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to Internet law and litigation matters.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • An active member of the California State Bar or eligibility for reciprocity.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in Internet law, privacy, data security, copyright, artificial intelligence, platform liability, and First Amendment litigation.
  • Excellent academic credentials, demonstrating a strong legal foundation.
