Duties:
- Manage a caseload of 40-60 files at various stages of litigation and trial preparation.
- Draft and respond to discovery requests.
- Handle law and motion practice, including drafting motions and oppositions.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Represent clients in arbitration and mediation proceedings.
- Perform legal research and provide sound legal analysis.
- Assist in trial preparation and conduct trials when necessary.
- Collaborate with a team of attorneys and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in employment and personal injury litigation.
- Strong knowledge of legal procedures, including discovery, trial preparation, and litigation management.
- Proven ability to handle a high caseload efficiently and effectively.
- Excellent communication and client relations skills.
- Ability to advocate effectively in court and during settlement negotiations.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
- Licensed to practice law in the state of California.
Skills:

- Strong time management and organizational skills.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Trial experience is a major plus.
