Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis related to mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and other corporate matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and transactional documents.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to facilitate smooth and successful transaction closings.
• Assist in due diligence processes and risk assessments for corporate transactions.
• Handle legal aspects of corporate governance and compliance matters.

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of relevant experience in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
• Active Bar license in the state of Missouri.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar license in the state of Missouri.
