Law firm Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP is seeking a highly qualified attorney to join its Mass Torts Practice Group. This position will focus on litigation, including products liability, coverage, and commercial matters. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and active practice, handling all aspects of litigation in multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

- Work on discovery, depositions, motions practice, and trial
- Have autonomy to handle assigned cases, with access to experienced litigators for guidance and support
- Write in various forms for the products liability team
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with a strong focus on written work
- Write briefs and memoranda for state and/or federal courts
- Be proficient in using technology to produce quick turnaround on written work
- Possess critical thinking and analytical reasoning skills to produce high-quality legal writings for diverse legal issues across multiple jurisdictions
- Be able to problem-solve, balance multiple projects, and work independently to deliver high-quality results

Requirements

- Must be licensed in the jurisdiction in which they are located or have the ability to become licensed as soon as possible
- Willingness to travel for court appearances and other proceedings as necessary
