Responsibilities:
- Assist with litigation of business disputes, employment law claims, tort defense, professional liability, construction, and insurance coverage
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Attend trials and hearings
- Participate in settlement negotiations
- Handle appellate work in state and federal courts

Qualifications:
