Experience: 1-6 years in commercial litigation, financial institutions litigation experience preferred

Education: Juris Doctor degree from ABA accredited law school, member of Florida Bar

Location: Miami, Florida

The Law Firm is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate to join our Consumer Financial Services, Data and Technology (CFS+) Practice Group in Miami. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced attorney to join a dynamic team and work on complex and challenging cases.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research and analysis on various consumer financial services, data and technology matters
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs and memoranda
- Represent clients in federal and state court proceedings
- Collaborate with partners and senior associates to develop case strategies
- Communicate with clients and provide regular updates on case progress
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to consumer financial services, data and technology
- Attend and participate in client meetings, depositions, and hearings

Qualifications:

- Must have 1-6 years of experience in commercial litigation, preferably with a focus on financial institutions
- Strong academic background with excellent legal research, writing and analytical skills
- Must be admitted to the Florida Bar and have a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school
- Federal and state court experience is required
- Experience in consumer financial services, data and technology is a plus
