The candidate should be an active member of the State Bar of California. Must be able to work independently and collaborate with a team; the ability to think outside the box and attention to detail is a must; General knowledge of the California Rules of Court, San Diego Local Rules, court forms, and filing procedures; Strong computer and organization skills; Works well independently and with a team; Proficient in MS Office, Essential Forms, MyCase, Dissomaster, etc. Must possess strong organizational skills, superior writing and communication skills, and the ability to independently manage their own family law cases. Must also possess a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering excellent client service.
