Seeking Corporate Associate with 3+ years’ experience. The candidate should have a focus on private company M&A, emerging growth/venture capital, or private equity representations. Desires to become a key player in a top-ranked M&A, emerging growth, or private equity practice. Should have excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and should be comfortable assuming a lead role in managing the execution of transactions and interacting directly with clients. Ability to work with other team members and clients, and take ownership of projects, is essential.
