Walnut Creek office of a **Members Only** Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney with 2 years of litigation experience as an attorney with insurance defense experience, ideally in injury, construction defect, property damage, and renter habitability cases or any combination of these types of cases. The candidate should have courtroom and deposition experience (trial experience is a plus). Experience with legal research, drafting of motions, and discovery needed. Should have experience researching and drafting legal briefs, working on and arguing various law and motion matters in court, as well as trial preparation. Discovery experience, including both taking and defending a wide variety of depositions, is also required. Must be a member in good standing with the State Bar of California.
