Are you a skilled attorney with experience in civil litigation and a passion for commercial transportation? Amundsen Davis, a full-service business law firm, is seeking a Litigation Attorney with at least 4 years of experience to join our team in Chicago. As a member of our Commercial Transportation team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of litigation matters and support our clients in all phases of the legal process.

Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in all phases of litigation, including conducting oral and written discovery, performing fact investigation and legal research, and drafting pleadings and motions
- Engage in active motion practice in both state and federal court, including dispositive motions
- Prepare for and participate in trials
- Handle transactional, retail, and administrative work as needed
- Collaborate with a team of attorneys and support staff to provide exceptional legal services

Requirements:
- Active Illinois bar license
- At least 4 years of experience in civil litigation
- Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well on a team and manage a heavy workload
