We are looking for a highly motivated and driven Associate Attorney with experience in Construction Defect defense to join our team at Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, . in Orlando, FL. As an Associate Attorney at Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, ., you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of cases and gain valuable experience in Construction Defect defense. Our ideal candidate would have at least 1 year of litigation experience and be admitted to practice in the State of Florida. We are also open to hiring and training attorneys who are new to this area of law.

In this role, you will be responsible for drafting initial reports, interim reports, pre-trial reports, trials, and appellate activity. You will also have the opportunity to draft and respond to discovery, attend court appearances, and take and defend depositions. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent written and oral communication skills are essential for success in this position.
