The Intellectual Property Attorney will be responsible for providing innovative and comprehensive legal services in the Intellectual Property field. The will work with Law Firm’s 35+ patent attorney Intellectual Property practice, which includes prosecution, transactional and litigation work, along with many other Intellectual Property areas. The will also have the opportunity to work with Law Firm’s life sciences group and trademark practices in all our offices. The ideal candidate for this position should have experience in prosecution, transactional, litigation, alternative fee agreements, cross-marketing opportunities, life sciences and trademark. Candidates may work out of any of Law Firm’s 16 offices, or in certain other regions.
