- Attend court hearings, depositions, and trials to represent clients.
- Communicate directly with clients to provide legal advice, updates, and counsel on case strategy.
- Collaborate with colleagues and senior attorneys to develop case strategies and share knowledge.
- Maintain thorough documentation of case files and correspondence.
- Contribute to business development efforts and client relations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial litigation and/or professional liability.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle a heavy caseload and work independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
- Admission to the Louisiana State Bar.
