Law Firm is looking for a Debt Finance Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of finance experience at a comparable law firm.


Qualifications:

- JD or the equivalent with a demonstrated record of high academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
- 3 to 5 years of finance experience at a comparable law firm
- Experience in secured transactions representing borrowers and/or lenders
- Knowledge of Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code, secured transactions, debt securities offerings, and general corporate law
- Working knowledge of syndicated financing transactions, financing transactions for venture backed companies, structured finance, acquisition financing transactions and/or convertible or high yield bond offerings
- Experience in closing transactions
- Familiarity with drafting documents in connection with financial transactions
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- High level of attention to detail

Salary:

The expected annual pay range for this position is $250,000 - $345,000. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.

Job Responsibilities:

- Represent borrowers and/or lenders in secured transactions
- Have a working knowledge of syndicated financing transactions, financing transactions for venture backed companies, structured finance, acquisition financing transactions and/or convertible or high yield bond offerings
- Experience in closing transactions
