**Law Firm Seeks Associate Attorney with Patent Experience**

Law Firm is actively seeking an Associate Attorney with 2 to 4 years of patent experience and a technical background in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field to join their Patent Practice Group. In this role, the Associate Attorney will provide support to the Patent Practice Group in drafting and prosecuting patent applications, conducting freedom-to-operate and landscape analysis, and preparing patentability, invalidity, and non-infringement opinions. Additionally, the Associate Attorney will have the opportunity to gain exposure to supporting IP-related litigation and transactional practices.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Draft and prosecute patent applications that are intricate to clients’ global patent and IP strategies
- Conduct freedom-to-operate and landscape analysis
- Prepare patentability, invalidity, and non-infringement opinions
- Support IP-related litigation and transactional practices

**Requirements**

- 2 to 4 years of patent experience
- Technical background in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field
