Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in the area of trusts and estates
- Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
- Advise clients on tax planning strategies
- Handle estate administration matters, including probate and trust administration
- Assist with elder law and special needs planning matters
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Work closely with other attorneys in the department on complex cases

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the New York State Bar
- 3-5 years of experience in trusts and estates law, other levels of experience will be considered
- Strong knowledge of estate planning, tax planning, and estate administration
- Familiarity with elder law and special needs planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to travel to branch offices as needed
