The Boston office of Berman Tabacco is seeking an associate with 2 to 5 years of experience in complex litigation to join our securities practice group. Attorneys with diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Core Responsibilities include: Assist with the development and prosecution of securities class actions, derivative actions and individual litigation in federal and state courts across the country Conduct detailed factual and legal analysis of potential and pending securities and derivative claims Draft pleadings, including lead plaintiff motions, consolidated complaints and dispositive motion practice Provide a supportive role in discovery
